On the last iteration on this weblog, I ran Google Adsense for almost two years. Originally, I thought that the ads I was seeing complemented the posts perfectly, since they matched the topics. I saw them more like a service to anyone, including myself (and I was going to get some coins while at it?!). Not anymore.

Why?

It is hard to make them match the site. They slow down the site at times. They do not longer perfectly match and complement posts. And, above all, I am yet to receive my first $100 check from Google.

I am not popular. I am not interesting. I don’t prostitute myself for exposure. My space here isn’t Google Adsense worthy.

Note: I am still a Google fan!
